Apparently there are us, eu, asia, etc. servers all around for the patches.rockstargames.com domain. If you're getting assigned by your dns to one that doesn't work for you, 202 is what you get - connection attempt time out.

Add-On cars not working. I recently started trying to add cars into GTA V. I looked up a couple of tutorials and got everything set up. However, when I download an addon the game crashed on startup. I did some testing and found out that it only crashes when the dcllist.xml file is edited. Miscellaneous tasks not updating? I've been following the list on IGN and pretty much every other site for the 16 necessary tasks here - I have 11 and know for a fact I've done all of them
